چکیده
The need for flexibility and curtailable resources is crucial ensuring the healthy operation of future distribution networks (DN). In this work, we propose a network-state driven framework that system operators (DSOs) can utilize activating flexible alleviating network voltage thermal issues, while accounting current imbalances. This approach assumes availability dynamic state information uses nodal sensitivities calculating activation signal (FAS). design motivated by volt-Var volt-watt inverter control, thus bounded. FAS also considers imbalances incentivizes active reactive power flexibilities reducing imbalance in addition to mitigating three-phase unbalanced network. resembles optimal flow duals, often used as locational marginal prices. gains associated with component objective function resource (TPU-RA) performed using Pareto optimality. A numerical case study presented showing efficacy proposed avoiding issues unbalance factor more than 80%. Further, DN’s needs are quantified location time day.

Newton Power Flow Methods for Unbalanced Three-Phase Distribution Networks
Two mismatch functions (power or current) and three coordinates (polar, Cartesian and complex form) result in six versions of the Newton–Raphson method for the solution of power flow problems. In this paper, five new versions of the Newton power flow method developed for single-phase problems in our previous paper are extended to three-phase power flow problems. Mathematical models of the load,...

Power Flow Analysis of Three Phase Unbalanced Radial Distribution System
This paper provides a new approach for power flow and modeling analysis of three phase unbalanced radial distribution systems (URDS) using the simple forward/backward sweep-based algorithm. A three phase load flow solution is proposed considering voltage regulator and transformer with detailed load modeling, for the transformer modeling symmetrical components theory is used and zero sequence-vo...

Due to the unbalanced features of distribution systems, a three-phase harmonic analysis method is essential to accurately analyze the harmonic impact on distribution systems. Moreover, harmonic analysis is the basic tool for harmonic filter design and harmonic resonance mitigation; therefore, the computational performance should also be efficient. An accurate and efficient three-phase harmonic ...
